Eric Thomsen

Eric hails from Washington, D.C. having grown up in Chevy Chase and spending most of his life in Montgomery County. He received a degree in Psychology from University of Maryland in 2011, when he bought his first fixer-upper with a few friends. He continued his training and received his Maryland real estate license in 2012. Subsequently, he has bought and sold many homes of his own. Eric purchased his first rental property in Hagerstown in 2014 and has since purchased several more throughout Maryland and West Virginia. Eric lives in Smithsburg, MD and enjoys tennis, skiing, and music. This background in purchasing investment properties will bring a wealth of knowledge to Greentree.
