Wendy K. Williams

Wendy K. Williams joined the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors in March of 1995. Her career path into real estate began in 1980 working for real estate closing attorneys. Wendy was employed for 18 years with a highly successful real estate team before joining Greentree Realty of Shepherdstown in 2009.

A Jefferson County native, Wendy and her husband, Rusty, have resided in Berkeley County since 1984, where they raised their daughter, Hillary and twins, Zachary and Hannah. Wendy’s personal concerns are the environment, animal welfare and educational issues affecting quality of life. Wendy favorite pastime is attending shows with Patent Pending Bluegrass Band, for which she has secured bookings for 33 years.
